Who can take part
The program is designed for students aged 16–19. If you are under 18, tell a parent, guardian, or trusted adult about your participation.
An educational space, not health care
HERO LAB develops learning perseverance through Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or a replacement for professional support.
Assessment results are reflective
Your score is a snapshot for reflection and practice suggestions, not a clinical assessment of your condition.
In an emergency
If you feel unsafe or are thinking about harming yourself, contact a trusted adult, counselor, health professional, or Kemenkes Healing119 (119 extension 8) immediately. Do not wait for a reply from this app.
Your writing stays private
Reflections, journals, and uploaded files are encrypted and not read by anyone unless you deliberately choose to share them for support review.
Data we store
Your preferred name, email, optional profile, learning progress, and activity answers. You can download your data from Settings and request correction or deletion from your registered email.
Use the space safely
Use your own account, do not share your password, and do not upload material that belongs to someone else or could harm another person.
Participation is voluntary
You may stop at any time without penalty and may request account deletion.
If the program is used for research
Research data will be anonymized and separate consent will be requested first. This agreement alone does not mean you agree to be a research participant.
