Fair use
Use HERO LAB for personal learning and reflection. Do not access another person’s account, disrupt the service, or upload material that violates another person’s rights or safety.
Service boundaries
HERO LAB materials are educational and its reflection prototype is non-diagnostic. The service does not replace therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, or emergency support.
Younger users
Users must be at least 16 years old. Involve a parent, guardian, or trusted adult if additional consent or support is required where you live.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific outcome. Materials and terms may be updated with reasonable in-app notice.
Accounts and suspension
You are responsible for account security. Access may be limited when needed for safety, misuse prevention, or compliance with applicable rules.
