Data we handle
We handle account data, learning progress, reflections you choose to save, guided-support requests, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
Reflections and privacy
Reflection answers are stored encrypted. Private versions are not shown to administrators. Content enters a review flow only when you deliberately choose to share it.
Age and support
The program is intended for users aged 16 or older. If you are a minor under the laws where you live, involve a parent, guardian, or trusted adult when appropriate.
Access, retention, and deletion
You can download a copy of your data from Settings. Data is kept while an account or operational program need remains. For correction or deletion, email us from your registered address; we will verify your identity and handle the request subject to applicable obligations and backup-retention limits.
Not therapy
HERO LAB is an educational and reflection space, not therapy, diagnosis, or an emergency service. If you feel unsafe, contact a trusted adult, health professional, counselor, or local emergency service.
